I didn’t like it. The rich orange color is inviting and it smells like pumpkin, but it tasted strange. It kind of tastes like carrot celery juice, but creamier because of the pumpkin juice. It also has a bitter aftertaste.
According to the label, this juice contains 1/20 of a pumpkin, 2 carrots, 3/4 celery stalk, 1/8 sweet potato, 1/8 orange, 1 inch of ginger, and 1 pinch of turmeric. I usually like veggie juices, and I like all of the ingredients in this juice except for the celery and turmeric…but I think those two flavors were just too overpowering for me. Perhaps if you like celery and turmeric you would enjoy this juice. But, if you are expecting a pumpkin flavored juice, you will be disappointed because it tastes more like a carrot-celery juice overall. At $4.49/bottle, this juice is more expensive than most other Trader Joe’s cold pressed juices (the other $4.49 juice was Cranberry Fest cold pressed juice – not as bad as the Pumpkin Harvest juice, but not great either).
From now on, I will be sticking with the watermelon and cantaloupe cold pressed juices from Trader Joe’s.
