Happy Hour and more at Brio, Winter Park

I don’t typically go to chains, but I like Brio Tuscan14658313_10104786519044323_1803025270_n Grille. Recently, I found out that they have a nice Happy Hour at Brio in Winter Park Village. They also have a rewards program that you can join for free. Since joining a month ago, I’ve already earned a $10 reward for joining and $10 reward for my birthday πŸ˜€

We started off with the Burrata & Ciabatta – my favorite. It comes with creamy fresh Burrata cheese, roasted tomatoes, EVOO, and grilled ciabatta.

The nicely chilled cheese was super creamy!! It was heavenly when paired with the tanginess of the roasted tomatoes and the smokiness of the crisp and chewy grilled ciabatta bread.




We also ord14696979_10104786518934543_353748876_nered the Roasted Garlic Spinach & Artichoke Dip from the Happy Hour menu. They offer generous portion sizes for Happy Hour. I’ve also had the Margherita Flatbread and the Tomato Mozzarella Salad before, and they were tasty.



The dip was creamy and flavorful – not too rich. It paired nicely with the crispy thin Parmesan flatbread.





We also ordered the Ravioli Di Bello (Portobello ravioli, crimini mushrooms, grape tomatoes, Parmesan, thyme, champagne brown butter sauce). They split it into 2 plates –  with 3 large raviolis per plate. This is a great dish if you love mushrooms. The ravioli itself was filled with a thick and creamy mushroom filling with large mushroom pieces inside. Also, there was a plethora of mushrooms in the sauce – so each bite is filled with mushrooms. I enjoyed the ravioli, but my favorite pasta dish at Brio is the Pasta Alla Vodka (sans pancetta).
